We purchased the 29 Rd Mini Storage and Redlands Mini Storage facilities in December of 2025 and are excited to continue serving you.  Here are the answers to questions many of you have asked as we've met you in person, on the phone, or on our text line.

  • Who are the new owners?

    Kriss and Chaz have been business partners for 15 years. Kriss lives in Grand Junction close to both facilities with his wife and two kids, and Chaz lives in Wheat Ridge with his wife, Katie, and recently became an empty nester with both kids in college. 


    Cyrel has worked with Kriss and Chaz for 10 years, and Marc was recently hired to add extra support for StorItAll.

  • Why am I just hearing about this now?

    Good question! Before introducing ourselves, we wanted to have answers to all of the questions on this page...and it took us a bit to have everything solidified.


    It took quite a while to convert all of the hand-written notes for each customer into our online system. (and, we couldn't read each number sometimes..."Is that a 4 or a 7?..or maybe it's a 9?") So, we tried to correct phone numbers and addresses, the best we could.


    We also wanted to know which phone number, text number, etc would be our long-term one. We've been working with our technology platform to merge our phone number with our text line. When that's complete, you'll be able to call and text the main line (970-245-2662).

  • What improvements are you making?

    The biggest improvement overall is moving from the old "pen and paper" notes for each customer to getting everyone in our online system (Cubby). As you've likely seen, this sends out invoice payment reminders and receipts via text (and email if we have that on file), let's you manage your rentals online, book new units online, and pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, Paypal and Venmo!


    In addition, on 29Rd, we invested in regrading all of the roads, and will be upgrading our security system there.


    On Redlands, we regraded several places and are putting in electricity, an electric gate (that will open when you type in your own code...much more secure!), and some entry way lighting. Right now, we're just waiting on permits/inspections with the city. We also are going to try to better arrange everyone's parking spaces. All of the cement block markers have been stolen and over time, the rows have gotten a bit crooked. We'll be improving the cameras and security over time as well. 

  • How do I get in touch with you?

    We have the same phone number that's been with the company for 30+ years:  (970) 245-2662. We answer the phones between 8am and 5pm M-Saturday. When we're not available, we have a reception service that takes messages and sends them to us or allows you to leave voicemail. We'll return your voicemail or message as soon as we can.


    Also, soon you'll be able to text us at our main phone number 970-245-2662. (In the meantime, our text line is 970-299-9966, that many of you have been using to chat with us for months.) We're looking forward to having one number for both phone and text.


    If you have not received a text from us, please reach out so that we can make sure we have your latest and best phone number. We'd also love to have your email address on file, so please send us that as well!

  • How do I pay my monthly rent?

    You can continue to pay the way you always have, whether that's dropping off payments in the slot in the office on 29rd or mailing payments to StorItAll Colorado, 490 29Rd, Suite A, Grand Junction, CO 81504.


    And, we have added other options:

    • You can click "Pay with Card" on this site and pay the full amount due (and, even better, set yourself up for autopay if you'd like so you never miss a payment and avoid late fees!)
    • You can call us (or text and we'll call you back) and we can take a different card payment amount over the phone.
    • We can take ACH payments over the phone.
    • We can take Venmo or Paypal payments, by clicking the "Pay Other Ways" tab on this site.
  • Do I need to sign a new lease?

    While we certainly honor your original lease, we'd love to have you sign a new lease with the latest updates, laws, etc. To do so:


    Login to your portal by clicking the "Pay with Card & Manage Rentals" link on this page, login with the phone number or email address on file with us. Then, scroll down to the "Signed Documents" section and follow the instructions to review and sign your lease(s). 


    Shoot us a text if you'd like us to send you a link to your lease with us to be reviewed and signed!



  • Will my rent go up? Will fees?

    We did raise the late fee from $10 to $15 to encourage people to pay on time and not fall behind on rents. 


    We want to remain one of, if not THE, lowest priced option around. And, we want our long-term customers' rent to be even less than our prices for new customers.


    With that said, with the investments we're making in the properties, we will be raising rents gradually over time. 


    We have many new customers paying the rents listed online on this site. (For example, parking spaces at Redlands are going for $75/month, 10x25's are going for $160/mo  and 10x20s at 29Rd are going for $130/mo...and we're about out of all of these.)


    Soon, we'll be sending out letters and emails to raise rents a bit. Of course, please be sure to compare to other options in town, and we're sure you'll see that you'll still be the lowest priced option (often by quite a bit!)
